I came in for squat day today, rarin' to go heavy. by the second set, my knee was starting to bother me. I decided to just get my reps/sets in with what I could definitely handle, but that just got me ticked off. So I set out to find out how I'd handle a much heavier weight up top. I set the pins to about a 4 inch ROM, and went to it.
Well, that just got me fired up to do something else, so I figured pin pulls with a timed hold at the top would be a good finisher. and that was fun, but I figured I'd get in some form work with the dead. but I just couldn't go out like that, pulling less than 3 wheels, so I figured I hadn't done DB snatches for a while, I'd finish for real with some.
Here's how it went down,
Warmup, yadda yadda

Oh yeah, temp in the gym, 67 degrees and windy. (ceiling fans on hi??? are you serious?)
Only 2 energizer cardio bunnies, approx 47 mullets, clustered around the benches, and the cardio bunnies. brutal conditions.
Wednesday, a guy (I kid you not) with a mullet, handlebar mustache, fanny pack with Walkman and matching running suit, came up and asked me if he could do some curls. I love Front Royal.
