My son had a school assignment to write about the life of a knight - in that he put a daily schedule for a knight.
6:00 wake up and dress
6:30 wake up squire
6:40 eat breakfast
7:00 talk with other knights
8:00 Start teaching squire,
8:30 scold squire for screwing up
12:00 eat lunch
1:00 go to tournament to fight
3:30 go to town to shop
5:00 each squire some more
6:30 eat and party with other knights
10:00 go to bed

Colin was at home sick and I was getting ready to leave for work:
Colin: Dad? How far away will you be?
Me: about 12 miles
Colin: Do you think the walkie talkies will reach that far?
Me: Possibly but I will be in a classified area and I have to give up my cell phone because they do not allow communication devices in there.
Colin: oh - yeah they won't allow our walkies. civilian walkies don't have any really secure channels.
