This Goldendoodle's going for a walk....to Africa!

Just to let you all know, I'm going away to South Africa and Madagascar for a couple-three weeks, and I'll return August 9th to rejoin the VMC/Front Royal Gang and get back to the Games! I'm really pumped, as these last few training cycles have all been called "How to Not Get Eaten By a Lion, Crocodile, Hippo, Rock Python or Leopard....and Take Pics of Aforementioned Monster."
Anyhoo, in case you're curious, I'm flying to Johannesburg, South Africa on Saturday morning, taking several connecting flights and overland transports to Antananarivo, Madagascar, Fort Dauphin/Berenty Reserve, Madagascar, Perinet/Mantadia National Park Madagascar, then back to Johannesburg and on to Hoedspruit, South Africa to stay at Djuma Private Game Reserve. Djuma borders Kruger National Park, and it's on place where all those "lion eats zebra/gazelle/buffalo/tourist videos are shot...
A short list of things I'm a lil nervous about meeting on "walking safari" in South Africa

Short list of things I'm nervous about Madagacar:
running out of memory card space/batteries
So yeah, I'm excited to get out and throw with you guys when I get back!
