VMC - Arm yourselves!

I know most of you live in Virginia but just so you know...DC has finally dropped the 32 year ban on hand guns for it's residents. An armed population is a polite population. Finally we may see some attitude change up north and a decline in the crime rate. YEA!

yes, and we celebrated by going to a friends' property in the VA boondocks and shooting firearms. I've got a great picture of Colin shooting an uzi from the hip on fully automatic. If I can figure out how to post it on the site, I'll do it.

Awesome! Now that's teaching gun control. Start 'em early. I'm sure he had fun.

Not to be out done by Colin... A couple of years ago, I was able to shoot a Thompson 1927A on full auto. 90 rounds of 45 ACP took about 10 minutes of instruction and 3 minutes to shoot. It was sweet to hold a piece of history. I would like to find a BAR to shoot full auto next.

I also agree with training instead of avoiding weapons.

Hey Rich, we get someone to give us a place to burn off a few rounds I'll drag my arsenal out. I have a few ex-mil rifles and about 2000 rounds of surplus 308 FMJ we could have fun with ;)

I have the place, but it is up here in Western PA. It has been awhile since I have had my toys out. Maybe when life slows down a little, I will bring them out again. I love the 308 round as well as 9 mm.

Hey, I'll come up for a redneck rampage! Maybe we could throw some weights around too ;) I'll bring my Cetme and Enfield. Not sure how much 303 I have laying around, but I have ammo cans full of 308!

I love my Cetme. I could probably acquire some 303 rounds from all the gun shows they have over in Ohio. They have one about every two months. I may have to pull out the 338 Winchester Magnum I won in a gun raffle. I have yet to unleash that beast.
