3 Stitches in my index finger

Postby angry ant on Mon Jul 21, 2008 10:46 am

I spent the last couple of days ripping laminate flooring for the final row in the installation of the technology room. Then, I rushed as the sun set to cut and install baseboard molding to surprise Bryan when he got back from the MA games. So, how did I wound the finger? I headed to the garden with a kitchen knife to harvest a squash and got careless. See what happens when manly girls engage in girlie activities! I bet I wouldn't have hurt myself if I'd harvested the damn squash with my rotozip!

at 20,000 RPM I think the rotozip would have covered you in squash though
Trish: Colin go get your bike and put it away!

Colin: Okay but someone is going to swoop down, stop, take a picture and sell it on the internet.

Would have just made cooking the squash that much easier.

Trish - heal up soon.

AAhhh man....That sounds like it hurt. At least if you're gonna cut yourself it is better that you stick with the low tech/low speed cutting tools. But it's a helluva way to get out of the girlie cooking thing. ;) Heal fast.

Um... can't you just pick the squash? Or was it some kind of humongous mutant squash that needed killing first? :o Anyway, heal up soon, AA!

actually, it was a mutant squash. Two sqashes grew together and looked very much like meat and two veg. Thus the need for a kitchen knife.

oh man, you know it HAD to be a mutant if the Angry Ant pulls a knife rather than just flashing the guns!

Heal quick!
