My Girl Scouts and I are trying to give a helping hand the the local honeybee population. As many of you know, hives accross the country are dying from what is now called Hive Collapse Syndrome. We will have a yard sale in Sept. or early Oct. to raise money to buy hives. These hives will be given to amatuer beekeepers who attend training seminars given by the local beekeepers assoc.

If you have stuff to donate to the yard sale, bring it with you to your next training day here at the VMC. Otherwise, call to make sure someone is around to receive it. No Clothes or shoes, please. Thanks for your support.
