My phone tragically met it's end yesterday....the verizon people couldn't save him....fortunately I was able to get a new one today....however your numbers were erased....or downloaded incorrectly into my phone (ie my phone says it's calling my dad and it calls my dentist)....if you could PM me your numbers that would be wonderful.....Thanks.

um, i am an athletem not a mathlete. don't try to confuse me with your fancy marine education.

i won't be going to Green Hill. Practiced a little over the weekend and everything felt pretty good except the hammer. So, going to lay off a bit longer and do some light training that does not cause any pain.

Hopefully I will be up for some sammich wagers at Wmburg, AA, or Richmond.
