Decided to do a bodybuilding split for 8 weeks, (in an effort to shock my body into putting on more mass) and then the pre-season switch to power/olympic lifting in January. I will be doing drills once a week until the weather prevents me. And lots of stretching everyday, might even slip some cardio
in twice a week.
