I used to drink NO Explode and then went to Jack3d before workouts, But have not done anything before workouts lately. Awhile back I used to drink a mixture of maltodexdrine and protein during my workout to keep insulin in check and enegy up but nothing pre-workout. What if anything do you guys do for pre-workout nutrition?
Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorius triumphs, even though checkered by failure. than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much, because they live in a gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat. T.R.
