The following registration list is current as of 10/25. Please check this thread for any updates in information. Expect to be on the field Saturday no later than 8:30. Earlier if you can help with set up please. Sunday be on the field by 9am. It will be easier to park close to the field if you get there early. Entry will be through Gate 4. Classes below are limited to 15. All registrations after 15 will go on the wait list. As always, let me know right away if you find you have a conflict and won't be able to be there. Registrations shown in RED are unpaid as of this update.
Registrations are closed for all classes. Final roster is below
The festival website is http://vacelticfestival.com/ There will be an entry list at Gate 4 as always. Not sure how many parking passes we will have and whether or not you can park at the edge of the field. If you do end up by the field, please keep parking tight and on the fence line and you will not be able to leave until the end of the day.
We anticipate starting PROMPTLY at 9 with the open class on Saturday, no later than 10 for the pros/AA.
Sunday, we will start at 9:30 with Masters, LW and Women.
Your passes should get you in both days if you want to be there both days.
Alex is coming down AFTER work on Friday so she will not be on the field to help set up Friday. If you are in the area and want to help, reach out to Mac. Otherwise, we would appreciate the help in the morning so we can get going on time.

Steph, Brad has been having issues with his accounts. He has submitted a registration for the open class, which you should be able to see now. I've also activated his account for the message board.
Hi All, Just registered for womens, please let me know if there's anything else I need to do. I did send the $10 via paypal and I'm making sure my athlete profile is entirely up to date. Thanks to Wayne for talking me into it (it didn't take much...).
Please remove me (Josh Oliver) from the list. I will not be able to make it to the Games Saturday due to having to leave the area for work. Sorry for the last minute drop out.
As I'm driving about three hours from Baltimore and it's looking like some pretty decent rain on Sunday.. are the games rain or shine just as the festival is? or is there a point where it's cold and wet that you guys call it. Seems like a bit of an authentic experience honestly, but I wanted to check!
Amber, MASA games are only called off when the weather is dangerous (ie lightning, high winds, etc.) Richmond is notorious for challenging weather conditions. We have several times seen rain, sun and snow all in a single day at these games. Come prepared for any eventuality.

Aye! We throw rain or shine. Everyone should prepare for sun, warm, cold and rain for Saturday and Sunday. Welcome to Richmond in the fall. Please fill out the following forms and bring them with you. It will save you all morning of completing forms and the embarrassment of our wonderfully imaginative announcer.
I regretfully must withdraw from the games this weekend. I am sorry for the late notice to all the wonderful MASA folks. Hope to see all at Southern Maryland next season.
Well, I am going to bow out of tomorrow's masters event. I was hoping to feel better and be there, but it is not looking that way. I plan to make a few games next year, so see all of you in the spring!
I am working on posting them today. I have already done the Pro's and Women, I will do the Open and Masters later today, and am waiting on a correction for the lightweights.

Apologies for the delay, work has been busy and I have been touring local ER's to kick off my off season. All scores have been posted. If anyone catches any errors just let me know and I will fix. Have a great winter everyone!
